As a member of the American Accounting Association, American Institute of CPAs and New York State Society of CPAs, Dr. Horlick has published in Business Horizons and The Federal Accountant. He served as Author and Editor of the Kaplan CPA Review Course for ten years and engaged in Business Consulting for Citicorp, Coopers & Lybrand, Theatre Now, Ensemble Studio Theatre, Hughes/Moss Casting and Sherwood Ltd. Prior to joining the faculty of St. Francis College, Dr. Horlick taught at St. John's University. Dr. Horlick currently serves as a Board Member and Treasurer of the Adoptive Parents' Committee and has participated as a panelist at the organization's annual conference.

William Yellin, Professor

Professor Yellin received the St. Francis College Alumni distinguished faculty award in 1989 and was cited by a New York State Legislature Resolution of Congratulations upon receiving this award. He has also received College Accounting Society and Alpha Kappa Psi awards for distinguished service. Prior to joining the faculty in 1968 (part-time), and then full-time in 1972, he was a Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co., and then the Financial Vice President of a public company, Creative Services and Development Corp. He is presently a practicing independent CPA, Consultant to various corporations, individuals, not for profit entities, and other CPA firms, bringing all his continuing practice experience into the classroom.

Carmine Nogara, Assistant Professor

Professor Nogara has been a faculty member at various colleges since 1994. In addition to his duties as Assistant Professor in the Accounting Department, he currently manages his own Accounting and Tax practice. Prior to teaching, he served as an Accountant in private industry with Swiss Reinsurance Company. He has been a member of the Accounting Advisory Boards for both Bergen Community College (N.J.) and Bronx Community College (N.Y.). He proudly serves his community as a volunteer firefighter for the Glen Rock Fire Department in New Jersey.

Dr. Salholz lived in Paris for 13 years and served as Senior International Counsel to TOTAL, the French multinational. She practiced law in New York and trained in the Commission of the European Communities. Prior to joining the faculty of St. Francis College, Dr. Salholz was full-time Associate Professor of Law at University of Houston Law Center, Visiting Associate Professor at Seton Hall University School of Law and Fulbright Junior Professor at Université de Paris. She also taught at Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Institut du Droit Comparé, and Schiller International University, Paris, France. She is currently an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law. Dr. Salholz was elected to the Order of the Coif and is an Honorary Vice President of the Young Lawyers International Association.  She has been a frequent lecturer in Francophone Africa on U.S. constitutional and business law topics for the United States Information Agency.
